SALAQH offers Cash on Delivery for eligible orders within Pakistan.
By placing a Cash on Delivery order, you agree to the following terms.
Order Confirmation
For certain orders, SALAQH may contact you through phone call, WhatsApp, or SMS to confirm your order before dispatch.
Orders that cannot be successfully confirmed may be cancelled.
Accurate Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Complete delivery address
- City
- Postal code, where applicable
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or cancellation.
Payment
For Cash on Delivery orders, the complete order amount must be paid to the courier at the time of delivery.
Order Refusal
Customers are requested not to refuse confirmed orders without contacting SALAQH first.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases.
Cancellation
COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Verification
SALAQH reserves the right to verify, hold, cancel, or restrict orders where necessary to protect against fraudulent, suspicious, or invalid transactions.
